After four months in office, Barak Obama's political philosophy is apparent. If we use a basketball analogy, Obama has dazzled us with his footwork, but has not sunk a shot. Each time he sets up to shoot a basket, he ends up passing the ball instead. That pass invariably is to a Republican.
